Reputed as an outstanding design, the pattern of camellia flowers painted on bowls, a great favorite of Rosanjin,
is admired widely by its lovers. The elegant colorful tones of the camellia japonica, a flower typically cited
favorably in Manyoshu poetry collection in olden times, is now reproduced with bold touch excellently
harmonized with the form of the bowl processed by the rokuro pottery craftsmanship at this famous Kutani kiln.
